Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations within our solar panel manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of high-precision production equipment, including stringers, framing machines, and lamination systems. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, minimizing equipment downtime, and driving operational excellence across the production floor. With a solid technical background and leadership acumen, this individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining production throughput, improving equipment reliability, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-quality solar modules at scale. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning and team leadership to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.





Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs for stringer, framing, and lamination machines.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company-specific maintenance protocols.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize unplanned downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment history using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for critical components.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure
