Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role involves identifying prospective clients, conducting field visits, and promoting suitable insurance products and services. The individual will meet with customers to understand their needs, explain policy options, prepare quotations,



and support them through the proposal and onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners to ensure timely policy issuance and service. The Field Sales Executive will also collect market feedback, support local marketing initiatives, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify prospects, close deals, and achieve or exceed targets.
