What We Expect From You
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for all Navi's products




Lead GTM planning and execution for campaigns in partnership with Product, Growth, Business, and Media teams.
Come up with creative campaign ideas and take them from brief to execution across digital, social, influencer, partnerships, and content.
Own campaign planning, stakeholder management, timelines, and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
Lead the content vertical across all customer touchpoints, including Push Notifications, WhatsApp, RCS, in-app messaging, performance marketing, and other owned channels.
Define and maintain the brand's tone of voice, provide creative direction, and ensure consistency across all communications.
Brief and manage creative, content, influencer, and production agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Must Haves
MBA from a reputed institute with 6+ years of Brand Marketing experience in a consumer-tech or D2C brand.
A strong grasp of storytelling, positioning, and audience segmentation.
