* Oversee the maintenance and repair of shop equipment such as conveyors,
belts, motors, DC tools, presses, filtration systems, test beds,
dispensary units, and cleaning machines.
* Ensure all equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid
breakdowns.
2. PLC Knowledge:
* Utilize knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) from Mitsubishi
and Siemens for troubleshooting and programming.
* Perform diagnostics and ensure smooth operation of automated systems.
* Collaborate with automation experts to optimize PLC-based systems.
3. Project Management:
* Work on projects related to installation, modification, and optimization
of shop equipment.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and installation of
recent machinery or upgrades.
* Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects within budget.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination:
* Lead a team of maintenance technicians and allocate tasks effectively.
* Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless
operations.
* Provide technical guidance to the team and train them on equipment
handling and maintenance procedures.
5. Compliance & Safety:
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and
company standards.
* Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
* Address any hazards or risks associated with equipment promptly.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and
equipment downtime.
Prepare reports for management on equipment performance, maintenance activities,
and improvement plans.
