About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Senior Analyst with over 5 years of experience to break down silos between our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

In this role, you will design, automate, and optimize our revenue workflows using HubSpot and Zapier. Beyond technical backend operations, you will play a critical role in external and customer communication, ensuring that our operational processes translate into a seamless, world-class experience for our clients and partners. Key Responsibilities

Process Automation & Tech Stack Management

HubSpot Ownership: Act as the ultimate architect of our HubSpot ecosystem—structuring pipelines, managing data hygiene, and optimizing the lead-to-cash lifecycle.

Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows using Zapier and native integrations to connect our tech stack seamlessly.

Reporting & Analytics Champion: Leverage PowerBI dashboards, SQL, and AI tools to maintain best-in-class reporting standards; actively identify revenue leakage and uncover current revenue opportunities through detailed data analysis.

Efficiency Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks across sales, marketing, and success funnels, implementing automated solutions to scale operations.
