We are hiring Relationship Officers for LAP (Loan Against Property), MSME and Housing Loan products. The candidate will be responsible for direct market sourcing, customer acquisition, documentation and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source customers for LAP / MSME / Housing Loan products through direct market sourcing.
- Generate and manage quality leads as per business targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Handle documentation and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Conduct customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor loan portfolio and support loan utilization checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting.
- Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Experience For RO – LAP / MSME:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in LAP, MSME Business Loan or Secured Loan.
- Experience in Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory.
- Direct market sourcing experience is required.
For RO – Housing Loan:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan or Secured Loan.
- Experience in Affordable Housing Loan is mandatory.
- Direct market sourcing experience is required.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year relevant BFSI experience with proper relieving letter.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- CIBIL score: Up to 700.
- Driving License and own two-wheeler/vehicle are mandatory.
- Candidates should preferably be from Nashik or nearby locations.
- Candidates with a gap of more than 4 months will not be considered.
- Candidates not currently working should be willing to join at a similar CTC.
- Relevant experience in the required loan product is mandatory.
