We are looking for a motivated and articulate Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for graduates who are eager to build a career in financial services, wealth management, and business development. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients — introducing them to Plexus's research-driven approach to wealth management and helping grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Generate and qualify leads for new business opportunities
- Present and explain Plexus's wealth management services and mutual fund offerings to prospective clients in a simple and engaging way
- Schedule meetings and follow up consistently with potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
- Stay updated on mutual fund products,
market trends, and financial concepts
Requirements
- Graduate or post-graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in interacting with and approaching new clients
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in financial services
- Basic understanding of mutual funds and wealth management is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Preferred
- AMFI (ARN) Certification — a major advantage
- Interest in financial markets, investments, and wealth management
