Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Present premium residential projects and explain key features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and manage site visits.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide end-to-end sales support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication,



negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
