This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Executive Sales and Investor Business Relations professional. The role involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with investors and clients, generating business leads, and executing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities include preparing business presentations,



managing investor queries, providing market insights, and ensuring customer confidence throughout the property transaction process. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and achieve growth objectives. Qualifications

Robust expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

Ability to create detailed Business Presentations and effectively communicate with stakeholders

Knowledge of Real Estate Market Analysis and Investor Relations

Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills

Adaptability, Problem-Solving Capability, and Strategic Thinking

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in the real estate or investment industry will be an advantage
