Responsibilities:
Develop rapid AI prototypes and agents:
Build lightweight AI agents and workflow automations using approved tools and APIs.
Translate prioritized use cases into working prototypes.
Iterate with business stakeholders:
Collaborate closely with product leads and end users.
Refine solutions through rapid iteration and pilot feedback.
Test feasibility and validate value:
Evaluate performance, usability, and business impact of prototypes.
Demonstrate working solutions to support decision-making.
Prepare solutions for production scale:
Document designs, requirements, and architecture for handoff to Global IT.
Ensure prototypes align with technical guardrails and integration considerations.




Support innovation and experimentation:
Explore new tools, APIs, and techniques within approved frameworks.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
5-8 years in software engineering, AI development, automation, solution architecture, or related technical roles, with 3 years building AI, automation, or workflow-based solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or related field.
AI/ML, Cloud, Automation, or Software Engineering certifications preferred.
Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, LangChain, or related certifications considered a plus.
