Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Programme Manager to join the Control Simplification Programme. The Control Simplification initiative focuses on developing comprehensive control standards across the bank, updating our control library, and streamlining existing controls to enhance the bank's risk and control capabilities. The programme includes redefining the assurance operating model, automating controls at the source where appropriate, and implementing automated control testing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in risk management processes.
Responsibilities:
Support the Technology & Data workstream within the programme by collaborating with wider programme workstreams to understand key technology and data requirements.
Engage with stakeholders in Technology and Risk to determine how these requirements can be effectively delivered.
Develop and drive the implementation of a strategic technology & data roadmap for the Bank’s Control Framework.
Ensure the delivery of a Control Testing Platform by gathering requirements, collaborating with tech teams,



and extending the platform bank-wide.
Identify and deliver control automation opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment and efficiency.
Develop control dashboards and meaningful MI for key stakeholders by managing dependencies with other programmes and workstreams.
Partner with Accountable Executives to manage and deliver the Programme(s) as per commitment in Group Transformation Oversight Committee (GTOC) Investment Proposal.
Oversee financial governance across multiple projects under the Programme(s), ensuring alignment to funding plans and perks realization.
Ensure programme and related initiatives data is complete, accurate, and timely updated in Bank's tools/systems.
Lead programme-wide communications and act as a central point across business units, workstreams, and external partners.
Participate in quality management reviews, process designs, and other requirements workbooks to ensure the
