About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of our internal software platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and build scalable software from the ground up while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack Engineers.
Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across the MERN stack.
Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
Contribute production-quality code when required.
Review code and maintain high engineering standards.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to deliver business solutions.
Improve engineering processes, documentation, and development workflows.
Plan sprint deliverables and remove technical blockers.
Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.




Requirements
6+ years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
Experience designing scalable systems and REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
