The Founders Office - New Product Initiatives role acts as a strategic extension of the leadership team, driving the conception, execution, and scaling of 0-to-1 product lines. You will operate at the center of the organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategic vision and ground-level execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives, from initial market research and hypothesis testing to full-scale launch and iteration.
- Manage complex cross-functional programs by aligning engineering, design, and operations teams to meet aggressive launch timelines.
