JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a revenue-driven Performance Marketing leader (IC role) who can independently own, scale, and optimize acquisition and monetization across paid and affiliate channels. This role carries direct accountability for revenue contribution, CAC, ROAS, and growth efficiency in a rapid-paced, product-led fintech environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Ownership & Growth
Own end-to-end revenue performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging paid channels

Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization aligned to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback targets

Forecast and track channel-level revenue contribution and efficiency
Execution & Optimization
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns with a strong focus on profitability and revenue scale

Build structured, data-driven campaign framework
