Job Purpose: The Construction Structure Senior Team Member is pivotal in
executing and coordinating the fabrication and erection of various types of
steel structures, ensuring all activities are completed within the set timelines
while adhering to quality, safety, and industrial benchmarks. This role involves
developing detailed project execution plans, managing schedules, and ensuring
the accuracy of fabrication and erection processes. The Senior Team Member
supports the Construction Structure Lead by overseeing day-to-day activities,
coordinating with various teams, and addressing any issues that arise to
