About the Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Vision Application Manager to drive pre-sales, solution consulting, and technical engagement activities for Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, Online Scanning, Traceability, and Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a technical consultant, working closely with customers, sales teams, OEM partners, and implementation teams to design innovative automation solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality control, traceability, and operational excellence. This role requires solid expertise in machine vision systems, industrial scanning technologies, software integration, and customer-facing solution engineering.

About the Role

The Vision Application Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting technical evaluations, and supporting the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
Engage with customers to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and technical requirements.




Conduct detailed requirement gathering, feasibility studies, and fit-gap analysis.
Design and recommend end-to-end machine vision, barcode scanning, OCR, traceability, and software solutions.
Develop solution architectures, technical presentations, and customer proposals.
Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle to drive successful closures.
Technical Evaluation & Proof of Concept
Conduct site surveys and application studies to identify automation opportunities.
Execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) activities, and customer trials.
Evaluate application feasibility and provide technical recommendations.
Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), solution sizing, and implementation strategies.
Customer Engagement
Deliver compelling technical presentations and solution workshops.
