We’re looking for a R&D; Manager to join our Research & Technology (Synthesis) team. Leading the R&D; Lab, you will contribute to research and development projects involving the synthesis of aroma ingredients, and specialty chemicals for fragrances and flavor applications.
Who We’re Looking For
M.Sc Organic Chemistry / MS Science –Chemistry.
08–10+ years in Speciality chemical industry R&D;, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/managerial role.
Solid understanding of Aroma and specialty chemical synthesis
Experience in handling analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, etc.) is preferred
Familiarity with literature research tools, chemical screening, and data analysis software
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Adaptable and capable of managing changing priorities in a fast-paced R&D; environment
