Role Overview

We are seeking an AEM Back-End Developer to support the modernization of our lumen.com portal by enhancing its back-end architecture. The role involves migrating to AEM Cloud Service, optimizing DAM workflows, and building robust APIs and services. The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on use of AI-powered development tools for design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation,



and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will be expected to serve as a catalyst for change, helping advance modernization, AI adoption, and engineering excellence while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our technology landscape and operating model.

Role And Responsibilities

Migrate back-end infrastructure from on-premise or IT-hosted Kubernetes to AEM Cloud Service.
Develop and optimize custom workflows, services, and APIs using Java, Apache Sling, and OSGi.
Standardize content models using Content Fragments and Experience Fragments for scalability.
Optimize DAM workflows for productive asset management and metadata handling.
Implement AI-driven features for content tagging, search, and personalization.
Enhance performance through caching strategies, CDN tuning, and query optimization.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with quality gates (static analysis, performance tests) for reli
