* Supervise daily production operations to meet production plans and
schedules.
* Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
* Monitor manpower allocation and utilization.
* Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering
departments to resolve production issues.
* Monitor man hrs utilization and minimize downtime.
* Conduct daily production meetings .
* Track and report production KPIs such as output, efficiency, rejection, and
downtime.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
* Maintain proper documentation related to production records/reports.
