Role: Senior Marketing Events Manager

Location: Gurgaon, India

About the role:

As a Senior Marketing Events Manager, you will bring a Global Technology brand
to life through captivating physical experiences. Partnering with product
marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will define, shape,
and execute our Client's India Marketing's major tentpole events. You will
establish event goals,



guide content direction, oversee end-to-end logistics,
lead pre-event reviews, and conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis in
collaboration with the Social team to measure effectiveness.

What you will be doing:

* Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning, production, and execution of complex
events in India, from large summits to C-level engagements.
* Executive Engagement: Collaborate with Senior Executives to align
on requirements and ensure flawless execution.
* End-to-End Program Management: Oversee all event logistics, budgeting,
content, collateral, and on-site execution.
* Marketing Integration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and PR to
drive business goals and engage users with Global technologies.
* Operational Excellence: Manage event timelines, lead weekly pre-event
meetings, and own strategic documentation.
* Agency & Partner Management: Direct agency partners and vendors to deliv
