Overview

As part of the Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) – Business Enablement vertical, the Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives for Gallagher Benefits Services (US) and other global divisions. The role is designed to enable structured execution, strong governance, and leadership-ready reporting across strategic and operational programs.



Acting as a central point of coordination, the role works closely with business, operations, and enablement teams to ensure initiatives progress seamlessly from strategy to execution. Responsibilities extend beyond traditional project tracking to include proactive stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, and structured delivery support—helping senior leaders stay informed, organised, and focused on priority decisions. The individual will provide hands-on project and operations coordination support for US and global campaigns, partnering with divisional stakeholders and central services such as Art, Content, Web, and Digital teams to deliver engaging, high-quality outcomes. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a team-oriented mindset to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
