Role Description The Furniture Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in India at the Nagasandra branch. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable furniture options that align with their style, budget, and space. The Furniture Sales Executive will demonstrate product features, explain materials and craftsmanship, and provide accurate pricing and discount information.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, updating inventory and sales records, following up with leads, coordinating with the showroom and warehouse teams for deliveries, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting individual and store sales targets while upholding the brand’s premium image.
Qualifications
Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain product features, handle queries, and manage negotiations in a professional manner.
Basic knowledge of furniture types, materials, and interior aesthetics, with an interest in luxury and handcrafted products.
Ability to manage time, maintain showroom organization, and keep accurate records of sales, orders, and customer details.
