The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to lead our current Bangalore engineering pod.
This is not a management role. You’ll be writing code, training and deploying models, building production pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers while working directly with our AI/Project Lead in Singapore.
You’ll contribute to live client deployments across computer vision, video analytics, and applied GenAI systems used by enterprise customers across multiple industries.
What You’ll Do
Design, build and deploy production-ready computer vision and AI systems
Develop object detection, tracking, recognition and video analytics pipelines
Build and optimise data pipelines for large-scale image and video datasets
Integrate GenAI and LLM technologies including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
Deploy AI models to cloud, on-premise and edge environments
Investigate and resolve production issues across models, pipelines and integrations
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Work closely with engineering teams in Singapore, Jakarta and Bangalore
Document architecture and engineering decisions
Stay current with advances in Computer Vision and GenAI, bringing practical improvement
