Key Responsibilities

1. Remediation Case Pipeline Management in Netsuite
- Own the full lifecycle of GCS remediation cases from claim initiation through final closeout.
- Coordinate with Field Operations Project Managers, Tracker Operations, and Mechanical divisions to determine remediation priority, readiness, and scheduling.
- Plan and manage remediation scopes, including materials, scheduling with Commodity Managers to ensure timely ordering of GCS manufactured components for on time delivery to site
- Maintain a high-level remediation roadmap for leadership and execution teams.

2. Warranty Claims & O&M; Support
- Support and coordinate all warranty-related parts requests from the field.
- Manage smaller warranty claims with rapid turnaround times, ensuring clear documentation and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate defect trends and recurring issues to Commodity Managers, Engineering, and Quality for escalation.

3. Customer-to-Pay (CTP) Order Management
- Own the CTP pipeline for all post-project customer requests.
- Prepare quotes, communicate directly with customers,



process approvals, and arrange shipments.
- Manage high-volume CTP order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper financial handling.
- Track CTP revenue and ensure alignment with warranty or O&M; cost centers.

4. Material & Logistics Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between Field Operations and Commodity Managers for all remediation, warranty, and CTP material needs.
- Initiate and track purchase orders, shipping requests, and delivery schedules from source to site.
- Ensure materials arrive in the correct quantities, on time, and aligned with planned field execution.
- Support active remediation and warranty installations with rapid escalation and problem-solving.

5. NetSuite Case Management
- Maintain the remediation, warranty, and CTP pipelines within NetSuite with complete accuracy and organization.
- Ensure financials for GameChange manufactured material transactions
