Role Description The Software Support / ERP Implementer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting customers through the implementation and use of SAVIO ERP solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client requirements, configuring and deploying ERP modules, and training users on system features and best practices.



The role involves providing ongoing software support, diagnosing issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems, and documenting solutions and processes. The Software Support / ERP Implementer will also assist in testing current features, supporting data migration, and ensuring that client operations run smoothly on the ERP platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Technical Support skills to assist users and address their queries effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Software Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and document software-related issues.
