I am Anant Sharma, an India Market Entry Lawyer based in Current Delhi, India.
I work exclusively with foreign businesses and investors who want to set up and operate in India. My services cover everything a foreign company needs, company incorporation, FDI structuring, RBI and FEMA compliance, government approvals, vendor contracts, employment law, banking setup, shareholders agreements, and dispute resolution.

I have advised 300+ companies, executed multi-million dollar FDI projects, and carry a 95 percent success rate in court litigations. My practice is growing and I am now looking for motivated professionals outside India to help me connect with the right people.

Role Overview

I am looking for a Freelance Business Development Partner who can identify foreign businesses and investors exploring India as a market or investment destination and introduce them to my practice.
You will act as an intermediary between your network and me. Your job is simply to make the introduction.
I handle everything from that point forward. This is a fully remote, performance-based role.



There is no fixed salary. You earn when a client you refer converts into a paying engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify foreign business owners, founders, Investors, and executives in your network who are exploring India as a market or investment destination.
Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to my services in a natural and professional manner.
Facilitate the initial connection between the prospective client and me.
Follow up to ensure the introduction leads to a conversation.
Maintain regular communication with me regarding leads and their progress.
Commission Structure
10 percent commission on the total value of every client engagement you refer that converts into a signed mandate.

Must be a foreign national based outside India.
Must hold a valid passport from your country of residence.
