Based in beautiful Bega on the Sapphire Coast of NSW, our Ridge Street site specialises in contract manufacturing and produces a wide range of packaged, natural and processed cheese products. These include the iconic Bega Cheese range, including Mild, Tasty and Vintage cheese blocks, shredded and cubed cheese, natural slices, parmesan, colby, mozzarella and burger cheese slices.
As a Production Operator, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that helps keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly while delivering quality products that Australians know and trust.




We're currently recruiting for multiple permanent positions across the following shift patterns:
Night Shift -Monday to Friday
10:00 pm to 6:00am
Rotating Day & Afternoon Shift (2-Week Rotation) - Monday to Friday
Day shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm
Afternoon shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment safely and follow established procedures to support daily operations
Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet required standards and specifications
Monitor equipment and processes, identifying and reporting issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and create a positive workplace culture
Contribute ideas and suggestions that improve safety, efficiency and product quality
About You
Experience in manufacturing, food production, warehousing, logistics or a similar setting is advantageous but not essential
