MISSION

As Sales Manager India, you own the full commercial cycle (from prospect to
close ) for IBA Dosimetry's portfolio of advanced radiotherapy and dosimetry
solutions. You'll build trusted partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and
research institutions while delivering on ambitious revenue and margin targets.
This is a strategic, high-autonomy role for a consultative seller who thrives at
the intersection of science and business.

CHALLENGES WE TRUST YOU WITH

What you'll own

* Hit revenue and margin targets across new and existing accounts in the Indian
market
* Manage distributors, driving their performance and ensuring full alignment
with IBA Dosimetry's commercial and compliance standards.
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations up to C-suite level
* Build and manage a network of channel partners and agents
* Keep CRM accurate with pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer data
* Partner with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure seamless
delivery
* Represent IBA Dosimetry at congresses, trade shows, and key industry events




* Monitor competitive landscape and feed market intelligence back to HQ
* Ensure pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting compliance

WHAT WE VALUE

* Based in the Delhi NCR region, with solid familiarity with the local
healthcare ecosystem
* Solid background in radiation therapy (whether clinical, technical, or
commercial) giving you immediate credibility with oncology and medical
physics stakeholders
* A proven closer in complex, high-value B2B sales ( ideally in medical
devices, nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, or cyclotron technology)
* Comfortable building relationships at all levels, from lab technicians to
hospital CEOs
* Client-first mindset: you listen, qualify, and solve
* Resilient and solutions-oriented under pressure; able to manage competing
priorities
* Proactive learner who stays ahead of clinical, regulatory, and technical
developments
