Job Description:
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quotas
Organize and manage educational activities including regular trainings, workshops, university training programs and promoting Kerr events in India
Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
Understand and support the Kerr sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all Kerr customers
Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations




Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Head of Sales
Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
Prepare periodic reports including:
weekly call reports
monthly expense reports
periodic general reports
other reports as assigned
Desired work experience, education & skills
Bachelors in business, Economics or equivalent
Up to 4 years sales and general business experience
Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment
Willingness to operate in an international environment
Fluent in local language and English
Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences
