Job Description
Proposal Consultant
Pune/Noida - India
Proposal Consultant responsible for preparing and delivering techno-commercial proposals for MV/LV MCCs, VFDs, and automation solutions. The role includes RFQ review, technical solution development, costing, proposal preparation, and customer requirement analysis while collaborating with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams.



Part of the GEBS organisation supporting global Rockwell Automation offices. Hybrid working model with a 5:00 PM–2:00 AM shift based in Pune/Noida, India.
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare techno-commercial proposals for MV/LV MCCs, VFDs, and automation solutions based on customer specifications, RFQs, and tender requirements.
Analyse customer requirements and develop technically compliant, cost-effective solutions using Rockwell Automation and approved third-party products.
Prepare Bills of Material (BOMs), man-hour estimates, and detailed bottom-up cost calculations for proposed solutions.
Develop technical and commercial proposals, scope summaries, assumptions, exclusions, and clarification responses using approved proposal tools.
Participate in customer and internal meetings to gather requirements, define scope, and resolve technical and commercial queries.
