Role Summary
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will have a crucial role in helping our internal teams stay secure, connected, and productive by managing the endpoint, identity, and infrastructure systems they depend on every day.
You are not afraid to dig into the detail when something breaks.



You will work closely with the infrastructure engineering team (CIT Engg) to build a solid ongoing understanding of our systems, and with the global support team (CIT) to prioritize and resolve issues.
You will be an escalation point for the help desk and other teams, helping troubleshoot, identify the root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
Must-Have
Technical Experience
Hands-on experience with virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure AD, and PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with Exchange and Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure, Office 365, VOIP, SQL Server, and core networking.
Hands-on experience with server hardware maintenance, ideally including HP servers and switches.
A clear understanding of backup and storage, and familiarity with remote management systems (RDS).
Practical experience using AI-assisted tools, such as Microsoft Copi
