I. Purpose of the Role




- Implement changes to enhance the process capability.- To eliminate the process of losses on equipment or Areas and to drive standards and problem-solving process.- Co-ordinate with the technical center and Key learning Plant to solve problems and upgrade the process.- Ensure that the projects identified in the plant are achieved to their objectives in a logical manner.- Systematic Problem-solving techniques are implemented.- Participate in Continual Improvement activities.- Support Shop floor Technical and Quality improvement projects.- Managing Bekaert Quality procedures, Methods, SOPs, Process specs, Control on Specs, Intellectual documents.II.
