Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in monitoring system health, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, all while fostering a collaborative setting that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Own administration, configuration, and ongoing support of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC)



in a 24x7 production environment.
-Design, implement, and optimize complex workflows, tasks, triggers, calendars, and variables to meet SLA and throughput requirements.
-Manage enterprise-scale batch workloads, including dynamic and dependent workflows.
-Lead onboarding, enhancement, and decommissioning of batch jobs in coordination with application and release management teams.
-Monitor execution, analyze failures and performance trends, and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
-Configure alerts, notifications, and integrations with monitoring, ticketing, and reporting systems.
-Produce operational and SLA reports using UAC logs, task instance data, and historical execution metrics.
-Support audit and compliance activities (SOX/PCI), including documentation of scheduling activity, execution history, and change records.
