Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through direct marketing campaigns, promotions, and field sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 0-16 years of experience in BFSI sales or related fields like agency management, banca, bancassurance, cross selling, directional selling, gold loan NBFC sales etc. .
- Solid understanding of banking products including credit cards, loans, insurance policies etc.
- Excellent marketing skills with ability to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
