Role & Responsibilities

- Provide scientific and regulatory support for recent product development (NPD) projects.

- Review ingredients, formulations, labels, and product claims for regulatory compliance.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, labeling, and export regulations of target markets.

- Support product registrations, approvals, export documentation, and technical dossiers.

- Coordinate with NPD, Quality, Packaging, Marketing, and Export teams for product launches.

- Monitor and interpret regulatory and scientific updates impacting domestic and export products.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, M.Sc. Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Scientific & Regulatory Affairs within the food/FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food labeling, ingredient compliance, product claims, and export regulatory requirements.

- Experience in export documentation and compliance for international markets is preferred.

- Good analytical, technical writing, and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Experience supporting NPD and product commercialization is an advantage.
