Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Relationship Development Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, business partners, and other key stakeholders.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing qualified relationships, conducting field visits, generating leads, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activities and networking.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients and business partners.
- Promote the company's products, services, and offerings to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure long-term relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Collect market information and identify recent business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, follow-up records, and other required reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely resolution of queries.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, events, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools is preferred.
