Job Responsibilities:
The role of the ISOL Intern is distinctive in that it involves rotating through different teams within Magna IT’s (MIT) ISOL sub tower.



The incumbent will have the opportunity to be part of various teams, including various SAP teams, Data Interchange & Development (EDI), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) teams.
Major Responsibilities
Administering, support and maintenance of business applications which are operated by teams within ISOL sub towers
Engage in activities for 1st and 2nd level user support
Analysis of malfunctions and troubleshooting
Interface to 3rd level support for issue and problem management
Manage ticket queue and prioritize work based on impact analysis
Administration of master data
Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, keep all internal documentation systems up to date
Application and user management
Support for application testing
