Job Summary:
To manage and strengthen relationships with regulatory and government bodies, ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, WHO-GMP standards for plants and warehouses in the assigned region, and lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by planning, implementing,
and monitoring programs that align with organizational goals and create a positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Relations (CR):
Regulatory Liaison:
Manage corporate relations with FDA.
Liaise with CDSCO Eastern Zone Office and FSSAI Zonal Office.
Compliance & Licensing:
Handle requirements for Sikkim Plant including FORM 29 NOCs, Export NOCs, WHO inspections, and other regulatory approvals.
Ensure timely issuance of COPPs for export products.
Warehouse & Distribution Support:
Support licensing and inspections for warehouse operations as required.
Regulatory Issue Management:
Attend FDA notices from various government offices and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain solid relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
Negotiate and secure timely approvals by following up daily on licensing requirements.
