Role Summary

We are seeking an Application Analytics I – Planning Analytics professional to support and enhance Arthrex's IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) platform. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on Planning Analytics experience who want to expand their skills in application administration, infrastructure support, development, and enterprise planning within a global environment. The successful candidate will support IBM Planning Analytics Local (TM1), Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE), helping maintain platform stability, usability, and performance while working with cubes, dimensions, TurboIntegrator (TI) processes, security, reporting, and end-user support. The role supports a Microsoft Windows Server-based virtualized environment and involves application server administration, software installation, upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, platform administration, release management, setting maintenance, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to troubleshoot application issues, perform incident triage, support end users, and collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams. A key responsibility is supporting Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance, while maintaining a customer-focused approach and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is an entry-level to early-career individual contributor role for candidates with foundational Planning Analytics experience who are looking to grow into a broader Planning Analytics administrator and developer position while working alongside senior professionals in Arthrex's global Data & Analytics Center of Excellence.
