Specialist-HR

Key responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding- Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees.
Knowledge in Audits like Sedex, ISO 9001-2015, FSSC, BRCGS.
Training & Development- Competency Mapping and Skill Matrix and training calendar and training record.
End to end Attendance and Payroll Including compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF and TDS.
Wellbeing Activities- Celebrations Festivals, Birthdays and National and international days.
General HR Operations- Various local, regional and global project implementation.
Administration- Security, Canteen, House-keeping and company pick drop facility.
Workforce Management- Agency employee Recruitment and selection and retention.
HRMS management - HRMS application updating for all employees.
Compliance- Compliance for licenses for HR department.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

Must have go getter attitude.
In office job- No Hybrid- No remote working-Sunday off-Versatile office timing.
Minimum Graduate in any discipline with decent communication skill.




Must work as HR-generalist with minimum experiance of 7+ years in manufacturing and system driven company.
Candidate from Palghar will be preferred.
