About the role:
FIS is seeking a Revenue Operations Transformation Analyst to drive end-to-end transformation across the global go-to-market organization. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Strategy, Finance, Enablement, and cross-functional teams to streamline existing processes, by designing scalable, future‑state processes supported by data, technology, AI and automation at scale
This is a highly visible, hands-on role designed for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing domain expertise with process engineering rigor. The ideal candidate brings strong RevOps transformation experience, to ensure that process redesigns directly improve seller productivity and overall GTM execution




What you will be doing:
RevOps Transformation & Process Excellence:
Map and document current‑state (as‑is) processes across the entire sales process such as pipeline management, forecasting, territory/coverage, deal execution, pricing, commissions, and reporting.
Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, handoff gaps, and data/process breakdowns across teams.
Translate process insights into transparent, prioritized transformation roadmaps with defined milestones and success metrics.
AI Tools & Program Support:
Build and leverage enterprise AI-driven tools to increase analytical efficiency.
Partner with Sales Technology and AI teams to translate process designs into automated workflows, AI‑enabled solutions, and scalable RevOps capabilities.
Identify opportunities where automation, AI insights, or agentic workflows can reduce manual effort and improve decision‑making.
