Summary : As an Associate Manager, you will lead technical workstreams within simulation engagements while mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with clients to design innovative Agent-Based Simulation solutions. You will contribute to solution architecture, delivery excellence, experimentation strategy, quality governance, and capability development within the Simulation Engineering practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead development of Agent-Based Simulation solutions for client engagements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable simulation models and technical solution designs.
- Define simulation architecture, modelling approach, agent behavior logic,
data inputs, and experimentation strategy.
- Ensure solution quality through validation, calibration, technical reviews, and model governance.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demos, and estimation discussions.
- Present simulation findings, scenario outcomes, insights, and recommendations to project teams and client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and establish modelling best practices.
- Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, modelling libraries, and knowledge management assets.
- Explore AI-enabled simulation techniques and support Digital Twin initiatives across industries.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills-
- 6-9 years of simulation engineering experience.
