1. JOB PURPOSE:

To drive digital growth for The Concrete Shop®, a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., by planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end performance marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for generating qualified leads, maximizing profile, website, and lead conversion rates, improving online visibility through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, creating high-quality digital creatives, executing influencer marketing initiatives, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies and continuous optimization.

2. ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing campaigns.
• Improve campaign performance by optimizing CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Generate qualified leads aligned with business objectives.

B. SEO, AEO & GEO Management





• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to improve digital visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for higher search rankings.
• Improve organic traffic and search engine performance.

C. Website & Conversion Optimization

• Optimize website performance, landing pages, and enquiry funnels.
• Improve profile, website, and lead conversion rates through continuous optimization.
• Coordinate with developers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Monitor visitor behaviour and recommend conversion improvements.

D. Creative Design & Content Development

• Design digital creatives for advertisements, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop graphics, videos, reels, banners, and promotional content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digit
