What You Will Do:
The Data Steward Manager leads the operational data stewardship function supporting Product Data. This role is responsible for managing a team of Data Stewards and ensuring that the processes,



controls, and governance mechanisms required to maintain high-quality operational and master data are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a team of Data Stewards, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure day-to-day data stewardship operations meet defined SLAs and data quality KPIs.
Own and maintain data stewardship work instructions, operating procedures, and business rules, ensuring documentation remains current and aligned with evolving processes and systems.
Establish and monitor operational controls and dashboards to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Oversee provider compliance with defined data contracts, escalating non-compliance and ensuring accountable teams address issues and align with agreed data standards and delivery commitments.
