Role Summary:

Empower India Business Intelligence and Reporting Analytics team is looking for
a technically strong Senior Analyst to support enterprise reporting, marketing
analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The role requires expertise in
SQL, SAS, data warehousing concepts, dashboarding, and data transformation
practices across multiple layers of the analytics ecosystem. You will be working




alongside other talented people who address complex business challenges every
day which has tangible impacts to the organization’s success and our mission.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong problem-solving
capabilities, an understanding of data lineage and semantic layer creation, and
the ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable reporting and
visualization solutions. The individual will work closely with cross-functional
stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making through automated reporting,
insightful dashboards, and optimized data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
