Implementing, improving & maintaining DWM in department.12. Initiating & implementing projects for improving engine reliability & durability.

1. Product Knowledge2.
Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach , 8D methodology Should be able to demonstrate problem solving ability using problem solving tools.3. Conversant with shinin DOE technique, preparation of Fault Tree for Analysis,Ishikawa diagram, statistical tools4. Knowledge of Basic 7 QC & Advance QC Tools. 5. Understanding of engineering drawings, process flow diagrams, control plans etc.6. Hands on experience of handling measuring euipments like Oscilloscope , data loggers , CAN tools etc.7. Good understanding of drawings, GD & T symbols, knowledge of fits & surface finish symbols.8. Good at data management & interpretation of data to draw meaningful conclusions9 Willing to work with own hands10 Willing to travel across country at short notice for joint investigations11. Positive at Excel & Power point presentations.12. Auditing skills will be added advantage.
