Why this role matters?
As a Technical Due Diligence Consultant,



you will support ERM’s global consulting delivery by collaborating across the M&A; team to offer Transaction Advisory Services to financial institutions, corporate clients and infrastructure operators. You will work within Mergers and Acquisition service line under Technical Due Diligence team, partnering with NA / EMEA regional stakeholders to provide technical advisory services for various infrastructure projects. This role is to work with infrastructure funds, private equity firms, investments banks and energy companies to deliver technical due diligence services on buy side, sell side and project financing deals.
What your impact is?
Technical Due Diligence of Infrastructure Assets.
Identification of technical risks and mitigations associated with the Buy side and Sell side deals.
Review of Business Case / Financial Models to opine on CAPEX and OPEX assumptions.
