Act as the single point of contact between Customer Care and Plant Quality teams for field quality concerns.
Lead investigation and resolution of product quality issues through cross-functional collaboration with Design, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Ensure timely containment, corrective actions, and closure of emerging and critical field issues.
Capture and institutionalize lessons learned from existing products and integrate them into new product development programs.
Conduct Reliability Growth Analysis (RGA) for new vehicle programs and ensure issue resolution prior to launch.
Assess field risks arising from engineering changes and recommend appropriate validation strategies.
Conduct dealer and field visits to identify early warning signals, collect customer feedback, and strengthen dealer technical capability.
Develop and publish quality dashboards highlighting warranty trends, field performance, and key quality risks for management review.
Drive Daily Work Management (DWM) practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
Solid understanding of EV architecture, vehicle systems, and subsystems, preferably in 3W or 4W vehicles.
Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, QC Story, Six Sigma, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis.Good knowledge of warranty management processes and field quality systems.
Strong understanding of EV diagnostics and failure analysis.
Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
