We are building a category-defining healthcare company and are looking for people who thrive in rapid-moving startup environments.
THE ROLE
This is a revenue-generating role.
The primary responsibility is to engage prospective clients, understand their health challenges, guide them through the GutIQ ecosystem, and help them take the next step through either:
Discovery Consultation bookings
GutIQ Core enrolments
The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, follow-through and commercial thinking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Discovery Consultation Pipeline
Respond to inbound enquiries
Qualify leads
Understand health concerns and motivations
Book Discovery Consultations
Reduce lead leakage
Follow up consistently
Maintain accurate CRM records
'GutIQ Core' Sales
Explain the GutIQ Core offering
Conduct product demos where required
Handle objections confidently
Guide prospects through enrolment
Follow up on undecided leads
Drive conversions
Pipeline Ownership
Maintain complete lead records
Update CRM daily
Track conversions and drop-offs
Maintain follow-up schedules
Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended
Customer Insights
Identify recurring objections
Surface customer feedback
Identify messaging gaps
Share learnings with the leadership team
