Role Title: Journeys Program Support (CL9) Role Summary Provides operational and program management support for the client visit lifecycle, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, execution, and follow-through across all engagements. Key Responsibilities Visit Coordination • Manage visit intake, scheduling, tracking, and workflow coordination • Support execution of the end-to-end visit process from request through completion • Coordinate stakeholders across account, business, and operational teams Program Operations • Maintain visit dashboards, trackers, and reporting • Monitor milestones, timelines, and deliverables • Ensure adherence to established processes and quality standards Logistics & Communications • Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, communications, and documentation • Prepare visit materials and support engagement readiness activities • Manage post-visit documentation and action tracking Continuous Improvement • Support maintenance of playbooks, templates,



and knowledge repositories • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency Qualifications • Solid organizational and project coordination skills • Experience supporting programs, events, client engagements, or operations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Success Metrics • Timely and accurate execution of visit processes • Quality of reporting and program administration • Stakeholder satisfaction • Compliance with operational standards and service levels
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, project support and operations, maintaining trackers, dashboards, and program reporting Bachelor s degree or equivalent minimum 5 years of overall work experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities
